My name is Rohan Service, and I have over 15 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing/Global Services Sector. Throughout my career, I have acquired deep domain expertise in various niches and critical business functions related to this field, earning me recognition as a thought leader.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester. My dissertation focused on studying the impact of company brand value on employee turnover. Additionally, I possess a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
My mission is to contribute to advancing the Services Industries at both local and international levels. I am grateful for the opportunities this sector has provided me, and I am committed to giving back in any way I can.
